Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at ZeShack. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing times:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders received on Friday after 5pm UK time and on weekends will not be processed until the following Monday.
Delivery times:
We will always try our best to provide our customers competitive prices and the best possible service however, there may be times when this is out of our control.
Our suppliers are located in the UK and across the world and we will always initially try to send your items from our UK based warehouses. When this is not possible, your order(s) will be fulfilled by our global supply chain and this may increase delivery times.
Due to this, all deliveries from ZeShack may take between 5-35 days.
ZeShack wholeheartedly apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
If your order hasn't been delivered after 40 days, please get in contact with us at zeshackstore@gmail.com and we will work with our supply team to resolve any issues.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive shipment confirmation email once your order has been processed containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Depending on which of our suppliers from our global network is fulfilling your order, there may be times when a tracking number is not provided with your order confirmation.
ZeShack apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, import duties, etc.).
Damages:
ZeShack is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
